    Just as I have mentioned in previous slides that EASO is started from ODM products and positioned to be an OTS provider in the market, so we fully understand the market as well as its development tendency. We could provide the right product solution and flexible combining scheme in time so as to meet the market requirement at different levels which is the main difference with other vendors. With these advantage, EASO is able to have different product proposals to serve different regional channels, such as wholesale, retailers, on-lines, etc. Also, the multi-industry customers, such as kitchen & bath, household appliance, water filtration, RV market, Pet products.


    For our innovation competence, it mainly focus on two aspect. On industrial design innovation, we have an excellent team working together and doing the design work based on deep market analysis from concept to drawing, then finalize to be product development and mass production for eventual launching into the market. With such complete process, our product designs have been awarded World-class and national wide among the industry such as red dot, G-mark, IF, etc. In 2017, EASO was also honored with “Xiamen Municipal Industrial Design Center Award”.

    Innovative Technology

    The strong manufacturing capability is the most important foundation to ensure the successful running of our six product lines.

    Injection molding is our most important production competence, right now Runner Group has more than 500 injection molding machines running in different plants, making the injection parts for faucets, showers, filters and other product parts for each business unit. Also we have tooling design team to provide fast service and solution during manufacturing process. To improve the injection molding process, we apply the robot machines to achieve automatic manufacturing basically, which is close to industrial 3.0 mode.

    Moreover, most of our hoses such shower hose, pull-down/ hose & supply hoses for faucets are supplied by our subsidiary company (Tubetech) . (Our hoses include stainless steel /nylon braided pull down hose, PVC shower hose, stainless steel /brass shower hose, silver PVC hose, stainless steel braided inlet hose, etc..)


    Manufacturing Capability

    Finish plating is our another critical capability. Right now Runner has set up  more than 10 plating line, 12 PVD chambers  and couple painting lines  to satisfy different customers' request on surface treatment . We are able to provide more than 30 different finish options, such as chrome, brushed nickel painting, brushed nickel PVD, stainless steel PVD, ORB, Polish Brass, Matt Black and so on.


    Quality Assurance

    Quality assurance is the foundation of customer success. EASO always hold reliable quality control system as priority. We are focusing on TQM (total quality management) from each process as product design, development, mass production and final shipment. We strictly implement ISO/IEC 17025 standard, and establish ISO9001, ISO14001 and OHSAS18001 quality system internally.

    All of our products are conforming to corresponding market standards such as CSA, CUPC, NSF, ROHS, WRAS, ACS etc.

    Also we have customer qualified lab, we are able to do finish test, complete functional test and precise measurement etc. to support all customers needs. Our functional test lab has been qualified by Delta that we are authorized to release testing report directly so as to save our customers time and resources. (Runner group has an IAMPO certified lab.)


    Global Service Strategy

    As dis-intermediation and de-centralization gradually become a global trend, EASO keep following Runner group's global strategic plans to enhance our global service capabilities. Building Thailand factory is an important step of our globalization step.

    Now Runner group has set up research resource platform and regional product research and development center to share resources among each subsidiary company. Combined with the technical resources from six major business units, we are able to ensure positive circle of market research, product development and technology development.


    In addition, we are also thinking about to establish sales office in Thailand, Europe, USA and other countries to respond quickly to customers’ need through channels closer to consumers. Also we are thinking to establish regional manufacturing bases in different countries such as Thailand factory to improve our global service and competitiveness. Someday we might also set up our local design centers in USA or Europe to learn more about market needs, market trend, or end users’ pain points to develop “right products” that help our customers succeed finally.
